摘要
采用普通硅酸盐水泥、粗石灰石粉、石灰石机制砂、减水剂、细石灰石粉为原材料,研究了粉砂比、砂的细度模数、减水剂和细石灰石粉掺量对砂浆流动度、保水率、7、28 d抗压强度及泌水率的影响规律,得出了水泥基自流平砂浆的最佳配比。结果表明:该水泥基自流平干混砂浆,每吨材料成本仅135元,将砂浆的水粉比控制为0.533,砂浆的初始流动度268 mm,30 min流动度240 mm,保水率93.6%,泌水率为0、7、28 d抗压强度分别为14.5、26.5 MPa,完全达到预定的性能指标要求。
To obtain the best proportion of cement - based self - leveling mortar, the influence of powder/sand ratio and the fineness modulus of sand and the contents of water - reducing agent and fine limestone powder on the fluidity and water retention rate and 7 d and 28 d unconfined compressive strengths and the dewatering percentage of the mortar were investigatedusing ordinary Portland cement and coarse limestone powder and limestone sand and water - reducing agent and fine limestone powderas raw materials.The results show that the cost of materials of the mortar is only 135 RMB per ton, and when the water/powder ratio is 0.533, the mortar has the initial fluidity of 268 mm and the 30 min fluidity of 240 mm and water retention rate of 93.6% and the dewatering percentage being 0,7,28 d compressive strength being 14.5 and 26.5 MPa respectively,completely meeting the requirements of expected performance index.
