摘要
在军车零组件构造、尺寸、刚度发生变化时,装配需要加入很多的特定条件,存在随机性,采用传统的军车组装单元规划模型时,受到这些特定条件的制约,对装配拆卸序列顺序产生干扰,导致求解结果序列单一、可变性和适应性差等问题。提出了军车组装单元中最优序列规划模型的装配序列求解方法,对最优序列规划模型进行了介绍并建立了组装模型,定义了军车零件拆卸操作中的约束矩阵,并给出拆装序列的具体算法。通过仿真,利用军车组装单元中最优序列规划模型对军车发电机总装线整流器装配工位工作单元进行拆装,结果表明研究模型具有相对较好的适应性,为装配序列优化设计提供了科学依据。
When structure, size and stiffness of vehicle components change, a lot of specific conditions need to be added. The traditional military unit assembly planning model is restricted by these specific conditions and the interference will occur in the assembly sequence generation, which leads to a single solution, variability, and poor adaptability. An assembly sequence solving method for military vehicle assembling units is put forward, of of optimal se- quence planning model, the optimal sequence planning model is introduced and the assembly model is established, the constraints matrix is defined for the military vehicle parts disassembly operation, and a disassembling sequence specific algorithm is given. Simulation results show that the model has good adaptability.
