结合整车模型的电液助力转向系统瞬态分析 被引量:4

摘要 电动液压助力转向系统动态特性的研究是转向系统与整车匹配和控制策略研究的关键,其建模的难点在于电动液压助力转向系统是机械、液压与电器的耦合。结合整车模型,建立了转向系统的机电液耦合动力学模型;进行了非线性时变系统的瞬态响应求解;分析了扭转刚度等关键参数对转向系统及整车性能的影响;搭建了动态模拟助力转向台架,并在方向盘力脉冲输入下进行了实验验证及对比分析。结果表明:仿真与台架实验测试结果吻合良好,验证了模型的有效性;对转向系统的瞬态分析为系统匹配设计及控制策略的研究提供了可靠依据。 Dynamic analysis of the electro - hydraulic power steering system is the key to match steering performance and vehicle performance, and related control strategy. The difficulty of modeling is that the electric hydraulic power steering system is a coupling system of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical appliances. A mechanical electrical hydraulic coupling dynamic model for the power steering system, which combines with the vehicle model, is established. The transient response of nonlinear time - varying systems is solved, and the influence of key parameters on the steering system and vehicle performance is analyzed. The results from simulation are compared with those measured from the tests, which are from the dynamic realistic bench imitating automotive steering circumstance. It is shown that the simulation results are consistent with the test results, which verifies the validity of the model.
