摘要
麦冬多糖为传统中药麦冬的有效成分,具有广泛的药理作用,本文通过查阅国内外文献对其进行分析和归纳。麦冬多糖的药理作用主要包括降糖作用、对肌体免疫系统的影响、对心血管系统的影响、抗氧化、外分泌腺保护作用等。麦冬多糖的研究目前已成为药学领域的研究热点,以期通过本文为该药进一步的临床研究和开发利用提供参考。
Polysaccharides, as an active ingredient of Radix, have a wide range of pharmacological effects. Through the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign literature, the article reviews the studies on pharmacological activities in recent years. The activities include hypoglycemic, the effects on immune system, the effects on cardiovascular system, anti - oxidation and protection of exocrine glands. The studies on polysaccharides has become a focus in the field of pharmacy.
