摘要
提升教师领导力作为学校教育改革的一项重要内容,在欧美等国家引起广泛关注。目前国外研究成果主要表现在以下三个方面:教师领导力和学校行政组织关系的正确定位,教师领导力知识体系的丰富,以及如何将教师领导力的推行与教师职业发展相结合。国外教师领导力的研究历程和成果,对促进中国文化情境下的教师领导力发展有一定的借鉴意义。
Teacher leadership has attracted much research attention in America and European countries as a vital avenue to improving school management. The mounting research on teacher leadership starts from experience description,to theory construction and to empirical study. The major findings could be summarized in the following: reorienting the role of teacher leadership in school organization,defining the ability construct of teaching leadership,and promoting teacher professional development through teacher leadership,which can provide valuable perspectives for Chinese researchers in studying teaching teacher leadership within Chinese context.
