摘要
正确评价区域水资源承载能力,对合理、充分利用水资源以及促进区域社会、经济可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。根据2010年至2014年全国水资源公报数据,建立了涵盖水资源、社会发展、经济发展和生态环境系统(15项指标)的水资源承载力评价模型。结果表明:人均用水量、城镇人均生活用水量、耗水率、单位灌溉面积用水量、水功能区达标率与生态环境用水率这6项指标是影响承载力的主要因素;不同年份承载力值大小排序结果为2014年>2010年2012年>2013年>2011年。
Proper evaluation of the regional water resources carrying capacity has important practical significance to make full use of water resources in a rational way and to promote the sustainable development of both regional society and economy. According to the data from 2010 to 2014, the water resources carrying capacity evaluation model, which covers water resources, social development, economic development and ecological environment system(15 indicators), was established. The study results show that the main factors affecting the WRCC are water consumption per capita, urban domestic water consumption per capita, water consumption rate, water consumption per unit irrigation area, standard rate of water functional area and ecological environment water consumption. The WRCC value of different years is 2014〉2010〉2012〉2013〉2011 in order of magnitude.
