摘要
目的探讨大学生睡眠质量状况、多种影响睡眠质量的因素分析以及与失眠症之间的关系。方法通过问卷调查大学生的睡眠行为状态、焦虑指数、抑郁指数以及失眠程度指数,并进行统计分析。结果发放调查问卷1 500份,回收1 347份,符合统计要求723份。达到亚临床型失眠症和临床型失眠症的比例分别为37%和13%,多重线性回归分析显示不合适的睡眠方案、睡前激动行为和不舒服的睡眠环境均能显著预测失眠症(P<0.001)。结论对大学生而言,一些常见的行为习惯能影响其睡眠质量,从而导致失眠症的发生。高校管理人员需要有针对性地加以引导,尽可能地减少失眠症对大学生健康的伤害。
Objective To investigate the college students" sleep quality and analyze some factors affecting their sleep quality as well as the relationships between the factors and insomnia severity. Methods The participants were asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire package about a serial of their sleep behaviors and states, and some in- dexes such as anxiety, depression and insomnia severity were analyzed. Results All of 1 500 questionnaires were given out and 1 347 copies were received, and723 final samples were adopted. The proportion ofconfirming to the criteria of clini- cal insomnia was 37% and the proportion of confirming to the criteria of subclinical insomnia was 13%. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that improper sleep scheduling, behaviors that promote arousal near bedtime, and uncomfortable sleeping environments were positively associated with insomnia severity (P〈0.001). Conclusion The college students" sleep quality can be affected by their normal behaviors, which will lead to insomnia severity. It is necessary for the adminis- trators to give the right guidance to the students in order to reduce the harm of insomnia.
