20Mn2管材光纤激光焊接焊缝接头组织与性能 被引量:4

The microstructure and mechanical property of 20Mn2 pipe byfiber laser welding

摘要 通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度计等分析手段研究了激光焊接20Mn2管材焊接接头的组织与性能。结果表明:当激光功率为2 400 W,焊接速度为7.3mm/s,离焦量为0mm时,焊缝熔深最大。当激光功率为1 200W,焊接速度为7.3mm/s,离焦量为0mm时,焊缝硬度达到最大值382.4HV1.0。焊缝的主要组织为板条马氏体,热影响区的主要组织为铁素体、珠光体、贝氏体和板条马氏体。 Laser welding on 20Mn2 pipes has been conducted in detail.Microstructure and property of welded joint are analyzed by optical metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope,micro-hardness tester.The microstructure and property of laser welded joints on 20Mn2 pipes with different laser powers,welding speeds and defocus amounts are studied.It shows that the maximum weld depth was got when the laser power is 2 400 W,the welding speed is 7.3mm/s and the defocus amount is 0mm.When the laser power is 1 200 W,the welding speed is 7.3mm/s and the defocus amount is0 mm,the maximum value of micro-hardness is 382.4HV1.0.The main microstructure of weld is lath martensite.The main microstructure of heat affected zone is ferrite,pearlite,bainite and lath martensite.
