摘要
大学附属医院是中国公立医院体系的重要组成部分，但在管理上与一般公立医院存在差异。在日益深化的公立医院改革中，大学附属医院应根据自身的特点，吸取国际同道相关经验，直面挑战，抓住机遇，以获得更好的发展前景。
University affiliated hospitals are a significant component of the public hospital system in China, but have unique characteristics in management. With deepening reform of Chinese public hospitals, university affiliated hospitals should, based on their own features, learn relevant lessons and experience from other countries, and seize opportunities and cope with challenges for a better prospects.
