摘要
利用AVL BOOST,FIRE软件分别构建了D19高压共轨柴油机的一维仿真模型和催化型颗粒捕集器(CPF)三维模型,研究了不同进气特征参数对CPF再生过程的影响规律。计算结果表明:随大气氧浓度减小,CPF沉积颗粒的氧化速率和压降的下降速率都显著减缓,其进、出口两端的NOx及NO2排放降低;海拔升高不利于CPF的再生,但CPF压降和再生最高温度较低,且能有效减少CPF出口端的NO2排放;海拔对CPF再生过程的影响是大气氧浓度与大气压力的综合效应,其中大气氧浓度占主导作用;针对海拔2km高原环境,EGR率增大至15%时,CPF再生性能已明显减弱,高原环境下采用EGR进一步加剧CPF的再生困难;EGR率对NO2的降低作用大于其对NO的降低作用。
One-dimensional simulation model and three-dimensional model of catalytic particulate filter(CPF)for D19 highpressure common rail diesel engine were built by using AVL BOOST and FIRE software respectively and the effects of different intake parameters on CPF regeneration process were studied.The results showed that both the oxidation rate of sediment particle and the decline rate of pressure drop for CPF slowed down obviously and the emissions of NOxand NO2 in the inlet and outlet of CPF reduced simultaneously with the decrease of atmosphere oxygen concentration.The increase of altitude was disadvantageous to CPF regeneration,but would lead to the decrease of pressure drop and regeneration maximum temperature,and could reduce the NO2 emission effectively in the exit of CPF.The influence of altitude on CPF regeneration was the comprehensive effect of oxygen concentration and ambient pressure and the oxygen concentration played a dominant role.At altitude of2 000 m,the CPF regeneration had weakened obviously when the EGR rate increased to 15% and the application of EGR increased the difficulty of regeneration further.EGR rate reduced more NO2 emission than NO emission.
