mdig基因功能与恶性肿瘤

摘要 肿瘤是多基因病,对癌基因作用及调控机制的研究已成为热点。矿物粉尘诱导基因(mineral dustinduced gene,mdig)是新发现的肿瘤相关基因,过表达于多种恶性肿瘤,可促进癌细胞增殖,参与癌细胞侵袭、转移。研究mdig将进一步揭示肿瘤发生、发展机制,协助临床诊断,提供肿瘤治疗新思路和方法,以期评估、改善肿瘤预后。现将mdig基因功能及在肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述,并对未来研究趋势予以展望。 Tumor is a complex genetic disease, and studies about the gene function and regulation mechanism have become a hot spot. Mineral dust induced gene (mdig) is a newly discovered cancer-related gene, which could promote the proliferation and induce invasion and metastasis of cancer ceils. Mdig is highly expressed in many kinds of tumors, and closely related to the development of tumor. Clarifying the mechanism of mdig in the development of tumor will provide new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis, treatment and evaluation or improvement of the prognosis. This review highlights the current literature on the emerging role of mdig in tumorigenesis and prospects for future research.
