摘要
对比了盐酸、硫酸和硝酸从赤泥中提钪的效果。结果表明,硫酸是一种合适的浸出剂,在硫酸体积浓度为30%、液固比6、100℃浸出120min的条件下,钪浸出率可达84%。影响赤泥中钪浸出率的因素显著性依次为硫酸浓度、反应时间、浸出温度、液固比。
Leaching effects of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and nitric acid on scandium recovery from red mud were compared. The results show that scandium leaching rate is 84% under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 30%, L/S of 6, temperature of 100 ℃, and reaction time of 120 min. The significance sequence for scandium leaching is as sulfuric acid, reaction time, leaching temperature, and L/S.
