摘要
本文结合高原地区山区河道的特点和"以人为本"的河道治理思路,提出河道治理的原则及对策,同时分析了山区河道建设方案可能遇到的问题,并提出有效的治理措施,为今后山区河道治理提供了参考。
In the paper, features of mountainous rivers in plateau areas and river control eoncepts of are combined for proposing river governance principle and countermeasures. Meanwhile, possible problems in mountaiinous river construction plan are analyzed. Effective control measures are proposed, thereby providing reference for mountainous river governance.
