摘要 以六水硝酸镁和硼砂为原料,利用水热法在200℃水热24 h制备出碱式硼酸镁纳米线,再将碱式硼酸镁纳米线通过700℃高温焙烧2 h实现结构重整和物相转化,得到尺寸均一的硼酸镁纳米线。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对碱式硼酸镁和硼酸镁的结构和形貌进行了表征,同时考察了水热温度、加水量、表面活性剂对前驱体形貌的影响。 Magnesium broate hydroxide( MgBO2(OH)) nanowire were synthesized using magnesium nitrate hexahydrate( Mg(NO3)2·6H2O) and borax decahydrate( Na2B4O7·10H2O) byhydrothermal method at 200 ℃for 24 h. Further,uniform-sized magnesium borate( Mg2B2O5) nanowire were obtained by high-temperature roasting magnesium borate hydroxide( MgBO2(OH)) at 700 ℃ for 2 h so that its structure was reformed and its phase was transformed. The structures of magnesium broate hydroxide( MgBO2(OH)) and magnesium borate hydroxide( Mg BO2(OH)) were characterized by XRD,SEM and TG. In addition,the effects of reaction temperature,water volume and surfactants on the shape and appearance of the precursor were investigated.
