经数字减影血管造影机(DSA)引导下鼻空肠营养管放置术的探讨 被引量：5

摘要 伴随着肠内营养在临床上的倍受关注,对放置鼻空肠营养管早期恢复肠内营养的临床应用也越来越广泛,逐渐成为解决上消化道存在功能障碍或解剖连续性中断的患者,实施非永久性肠内营养支持治疗的首选之道。在2005-2015年间,我院开展并经历了经胃镜引导、经DSA引导放置鼻空肠营养管,用于支持治疗食管气管瘘,胃瘘,上消化道恶性肿瘤化疗,重症胰腺炎等疾病,在此就近10年间我院49例放置鼻空肠营养管的病例,
