摘要
目的观察TBL教学法结合标准化病人(SP)在妇产科临床技能教学中的效果。方法临床本科生分为对照组和实验组,对照组妇产科教学采用传统教学法,实验组妇产科教学采用SP结合以团队为基础的学习(TBL)教学法,观察两组学生的各项评分,包括理论考试成绩及得分点分析、实践技能考核、与病人的沟通能力、教师及病人的评价、问卷调查。结果教学结束后,实验组的技能成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);理论成绩,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组在学习主动性、沟通能力及实践技能掌握方面高于对照组(P<0.05);进入临床实习的适应性,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TBL教学法结合SP能有效地提高临床本科生妇产科实践技能水平。
Objective To observe the effects of TBL teaching method combined with standardized patients in teaching clinical gynecology and obstetrics. Methods Clinical undergraduates were divided into control group and experimental group. The students in the control group were trained with traditional teaching,while those in the experimental group were trained by using standardized patients combined with TBL teaching method. The scoring points of two group students,including the theoretical exam and score point analysis,assessment of practical skills,ability to communicate with patients,evaluation of the teachers and patients were observed,questionnaire survey was conducted. Results After the teaching,the experimental skill scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference between two groups considering the theoretical scores( P〉 0.5). The learning initiative,communication skills and practical skills in the students of the experimental group was higher than that in control group( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference between two groups considering the adaptive ability in joining the clinical practice( P〈0. 05). Conclusion TBL teaching method combined with standardized patients can effectively improve the level of clinical practice skills in undergraduates of obstetrics and gynecology.
