摘要
针对盾构管片吊运系统平衡梁在管片的抓取、吊运和调向过程中存在的结构复杂、笨重、吊耳轴偏高影响管片运送等问题,对原管片吊运系统平衡梁优化改进。改进后的平衡梁结构紧凑、耐用,焊接量减少,降低了吊机净空,管片运送的稳定性和可靠性得到提高。
In view of tunnel tube-segm ent handling problems existing in the system that the balance beam was complicated to grab, lift and transit the segment, optimization and improvements in the original balance beam of lilting system must be considered. The resultant segments handling system can simplify the working process and increase stability and reliability of the handler's operation.
