摘要
以北京中关村科技园中小企业为单元,利用数据包络分析法(DEA)Malmquist指数测度2012-2014年中关村科技园中小企业集群融资效率及动态变化情况,结果表明:在形成集群、具有规模效应以后,科技型中小企业的全要素融资效率、技术效率、规模效率在整体上均呈现报酬递增趋势,实证证明科技型中小企业集群对提高科技型中小企业融资效率成效显著,能够为企业提供更大发展空间。
This paper takes the small and medium enterprises in Zhongguancun Beijing science and Technology Park as the unit, and uses the data envelopment analysis （DEA） Malmquist index to measure the financing efficiency and dynamic changes of small and medium sized enterprises in Zhongguancun science and Technology Park in 2012-2014, the results showed that the total factor of SME financing efficiency, technical efficiency, scale efficiency on the whole showed a return increasing trend, after the formation of clusters and scale effect, with the demonstration that SMEs cluster based on science and technology have an effect on improving the SME financing efficiency rate significantly, which can provide greater development space for the enterprise.
