摘要
某砖混住宅由于施工质量出现问题,承重砖墙砂浆强度明显低于设计要求,对其结构进行验算得出,实际砂浆强度能够满足竖向承载力,但地震作用下局部墙体抗剪承载力不足。为解决此住宅的抗震问题,提出了一种抗震加固的新方法,采用外墙增加钢筋混凝土板墙和外框架(阳台)法,将地震作用下楼层所受的力部分转移到新增加的钢筋混凝土柱和剪力墙上,从而减轻原结构承重墙所受的力,在保证结构安全性的前提下最大限度地避免对结构内部加固。该方法得到了具体实施,通过了专家鉴定,且加固后结构能够达到设计要求。
A brick concrete structure residential has problems in the construction quality that mortar strength of load-bearing brick wall is significantly lower than that of the design requirements. It can be concluded from the structure checking that actual mortar strength can meet the vertical bearing capacity,but shear strength of local wall under the earthquake action is insufficient. In order to solve the seismic problem of the residential,a new method for seismic reinforcement was proposed.Reinforced concrete siding walls and the outer frame( balcony) were added to exterior walls to transfer story forces under the earthquake action partly to the newly-added reinforced concrete columns and shear walls,thereby reducing forces on original load-bearing brick walls. The method avoided the internal reinforcement of the structure at the maximum extent on the premise of the safety insurance of the structure. The method was implemented and passed the expert appraisal,and the reinforced structure could meet the design requirements.
