摘要
第3代轮毂轴承采用旋压工艺将各零件装配为一体,旋压加工中易产生裂纹,因此对旋压面进行无损检测十分必要。采用漏磁法进行轮毂轴承旋压面探伤,使用U形磁轭磁化方法,并使用与旋压面啮合的极靴导套构成磁化器,利用阵列组合且单点独立浮动的检测磁头拾取旋压表面漏磁场,实现旋压表面和内部缺陷检测。为了实施自动化探伤,通过轮毂轴承自动取料、旋转检测、良次品分料等,获得了精度高、速度快的探伤效果。
The third generation hub bearings are assembled integrally by spinning technology,the cracks is easily appeared during spinning process. The nondestructive testing of spinning surface is quite necessary. The detection for spinning surface of hub bearings is carried out by using magnetic leakage flux( MFL) method. By using U- shaped magnetic yoke magnetization method,the magnetizer consists of pole shoe guide bushing by meshing with spinning surface,the leakage magnetic field on spinning surface is collected by using an array of single point floating magnetic heads,and the detection for spinning surface and internal defect is realized. In order to realize automatic detection,the high precision and high speed detection are achieved by automatic feeding,revolving inspection and sorting of hub bearings.
