摘要
采用针刺加固法对不同截面形状的纤维进行加工制得非织造滤料,对针刺滤料的表面结构、孔径分布、孔隙率和过滤性能进行试验。研究表明,在原料、面密度、加固工艺相同的条件下,由扁平截面纤维制得的滤料比圆形截面纤维制得的滤料具有更好的过滤性能,故扁平截面纤维针刺滤料具有广阔的开发前景。
Nonwoven filter materials,made of fibers with different cross-section shapes,were prepared by the method of needle punching and the apparent structure,pore size distribution,porosity and other filtration performances of the filter materials were tested. The results show that the filtration efficiency of needle-punched filter medium with flat section fiber is higher than that of round section fiber at the conditions of same raw material,same surface density and same reinforced process,which will have a broad development prospect.
