摘要
目的:探究腹针结合内服补肾开窍丸治疗肾精亏虚型神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将筛选的200例肾精亏虚型神经性耳鸣患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各100例,治疗组采用腹针结合内服补肾开窍丸综合治疗,对照组口服氟桂利嗪与谷维素治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,并对其耳鸣严重程度、THI耳鸣残疾与汉密斯抑郁量表进行评估。结果:经过治疗,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92%与73%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组耳鸣严重程度与汉密斯抑郁量表评分改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组THI耳鸣残疾评分改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹针结合补肾开窍丸对肾精亏虚型神经性耳鸣具有显著的临床治疗效果,并能改善患者的耳鸣严重程度和抑郁状态,提高听力级别。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of with neurotinnitus with kidney essence deficiency by abdominal acupuncture and oral Bushen Kaiqiao pills. Methods： Screen 200 cases of neurotinnitus patients with kidney essence deficiency,and they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 100 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by abdominal needling combined with oral Bushen Kaiqiao pills; orally flunarizine and oryzanol were used for treatment in the control group. Clinically curative effect and severity of tinnitus,THI tinnitus disability and Hamish depression amount table were evaluated in two groups.Results： Through the treatment,in the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate was 92%and 73% respectively,and the difference between two groups had a statistical significance（ P〈0. 01）; according to the tinnitus severity and Hamish Depression Scale score after treatment,the treatment group was improved more significantly than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. As to the THI tinnitus handicap score after treatment,the treatment group was improved more significantly than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Abdominal acupuncture combined with Bushen Kaiqiao pills on neurotinnitus with kidney essence deficiency has a significant effect,and can improve tinnitus severity and depression of patients and improve the hearing level.
