摘要
目的:探讨月经病的针灸治疗规律。方法:从《妇人针方九集》中选出符合标准的63则医案,记录每则医案的针灸处方治法、穴位,然后再对穴位的归经、特性进行统计分析。结果:治疗月经病的治法可概括为调理冲任、调补脏腑和调和气血三法,选取最多的穴位为三阴交、气海、足三里和关元,穴位多数归脾胃经、膀胱经和任脉,穴位特性多为俞、募穴。结论:月经病的治疗应以调理冲任为基本大法,同时兼顾肝脾肾、气血。
Objective： To explore the acupuncture treatment rules of emmeniopathy. Methods： Select out 63 proved cases from Nine Sets of Acupuncture prescription of Women,and record the prescription,acupuncture points in each case. Then we used the statistics methods to analyze the nature,meridial distribution and other aspects of acupuncture points. Results： The common treatment rules of emmeniopathy can be summarized into three kinds： harmonizing thoroughfare and conception,reinforcing viscera and regulating Qi and blood. The most widely- used acupuncture points were Sanyinjiao（ SP9）,Guanyuan（ RN4）,Qihai（ RN6）,Zusanli（ ST36）. The acupuncture points mostly belonged to the Foot- Taiyin spleen channel,the Foot- Yangming stomach channel,the Foot- Taiyang bladder channel and conception channel. Their natures were mostly the back Shu points and the frond Mu points. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment rules of emmeniopathy should be based on the treatment rules of harmonizing thoroughfare and conception. Meantime we can not ignore the liver,spleen and kidney,Qi and blood.
