摘要
在实时性控制系统与通信领域内,Xenomai与EtherCAT都具有良好的发展前景。为了进一步提高伺服电机控制系统的实时性,本文结合Xenomai与EtherCAT各自的优点,在Xenomai架构下实现EtherCAT通信,从而进一步缩短电机控制响应周期。最后在工业级工控机上进行系统测试,测试结果表明,此架构下的实时通信系统可达到良好的实时效果。
In the control and conmunication field of the real-time system, Xenomai and EtherCAT communication protocol have good pros- pects for development. In order to further improve the real-time performance of the industrial control system,the advantages of Xenomai and EtherCAT are comprehensively utilized in the paper. The EtherCAT communication is implemented under the Xenomai architecture, so as to shorten the period of motor control response further. In the end, the experiment results show that the architecture system has good real-time performance.
