利用电导率法研究聚环氧琥珀酸的阻垢性能 被引量:4

摘要 随着"绿色化学"的发展,防腐阻垢剂也逐步趋向环境友好型.通过电导率法探讨了不同温度及浓度下聚环氧琥珀酸(polyepoxysuccinic acid,PESA)的阻碳酸钙垢、碳酸钡垢和硫酸钡垢的性能.结果表明:PESA的阻垢性能良好,且随着浓度的增加,其阻碳酸钙垢和硫酸钡垢的性能也不断增强;PESA阻碳酸钡垢的性能随其浓度的增加先增强后减弱,并在40 mg/L时达到峰值;随着温度的升高,PESA阻碳酸钙垢的性能逐渐减弱,而阻碳酸钡垢和硫酸钡垢的性能逐渐增强.实验结果证明,PESA是一种优良的阻垢剂,适用于在一般温度下阻碳酸钙、硫酸钙及硫酸钡型的垢.此外,电导率法具有操作简便、快捷的特点,适用于针对以上几种垢的阻垢性能研究. With the proposal and development of green chemistry, corrosion inhibitors tend to be environmental friendly. This paper explores the anti-scale performance of poly- epoxysuccinic acid (PESA) on CaCO3 scale, BaCO3 scale, BaSO4 scale at different tem- peratures and different concentrations with conductivity measurement. The results showed that the ability of anti-scale performance of PESA was good. With the increasing of its concentration, the anti-scale performances of PESA on CaC03 and BaS04 continued to strengthen, while BaCO3 decreased after the concentration rised to 40 mg/L. With temper- ature increasing, its anti-scale performance of CaC03 scale decreased, while BaC03 scale and BaSO4 scale increased. Therefore, PESA is an excellent anti-scale inhibitor suitable for inhibiting CaCO3, CaS04, and BaS04 at normal temperature of the factory. More- over, the conductivity measurement is simple and fast, and it can be used in exploring the anti-scale performance of scale inhibitors.
