摘要
加强与中外企业的合作,是孔子学院实现可持续发展的一条重要路径。当前,院企合作虽处于起步和摸索阶段,却已初步形成了几种模式。从不同的合作模式中可以看出,企业与孔子学院有着不同的动机,而双方的各自优势是这种合作得以实现的基础。在当前有利的政策环境下,要真正在校企合作中实现合作方的"双赢"或者"共赢",还需要加强制度建设,建立校企合作的激励和约束机制,同时摸索出一个有效的治理模式。
To strengthen the cooperation between Confucius Institute and Chinese enterprises is an important way to realize the sustainable development of Confucius Institute. At present, this cooperation is still on the initial stage, but there have been some models. Respective motivations of both the Confucius Institute and Chinese enterprises can be seen in these joint efforts. It is also revealed that comparative advantages of both parties are the foundation of this venture. In the recent beneficial policy environment, it needs to strengthen related systems and explore an effective governance model to realize the win-win situation.
