某车型头部保护方案优化分析

摘要 文章针对某品牌汽车前排座椅鞭打性能差的问题,展开头部保护方案优化相关研究。通过理论分析,找出影响鞭打性能的座椅参数,并利用鞭打试验与CAE分析相结合的方法对影响座椅鞭打性能的参数进行优化改进,改善了座椅的鞭打性能。仿真与试验验证了理论分析的可信性和正确性。研究结果表明,适当局部调整头后距离,头枕高度,头枕强度值及头枕杆刚度可有效改善座椅鞭打性能,降低研发成本。 In this paper, the problem of A4 type front seat's poor whiplash performance and high cost were studied.Through the theoretical analysis, the seat's parameters which affect whiplash performancewere found out. In order to improve the whiplash performance, the parameters were optimized by using the combined method of whiplash test and CAE analysis. The correctness and credibility of theoretical analysis are verified by simulation and tests.The results show that adjusting the headrest's distance, height, strength and headrest rod's rigidity can be effective to improve the seat whiplash performance and reduce the cost.
