摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏提取,离子色谱法同时测定铁矿石中氟和氯含量,并对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。通过建立数学模型,对不确定度的来源进行分析,找出影响测量的各种因素,计算出不确定度分量并合成不确定度。分析结果表明,测量重复性和工作曲线的变动性对测量不确定度影响最大,其他因素的影响相对较小。本研究适用于其他矿石中氟和氯含量不确定度的评估,也对同类分析方法检测不确定度的评估具有借鉴意义。
In this paper,the content of fluoride and chloride in iron ores was simultaneous determined by ion chromatography with steam distillation for sample pretreatment,and uncertainty was estimated. To evaluate the uncertainty,the mathematical model was established firstly,the factors affected the measurement was found out,and finally the uncertainty components were calculated and combined. The results showed that the repeatability of measurement and variation of standard curve were the main sources of uncertainty,while the other factors have little contribution to the combined uncertainty. The research is suitable for other ores determination and could be used for reference in uncertainty evaluation of similar method.
