摘要
随着科技的发展,我国逐渐步入了新媒体时代。新媒体给人们最大的影响莫过于对人们沟通方式上的变革和人们获取信息方式的改变。当代大学生是最容易接受新鲜事物的一个群体,他们浸润在新媒体时代的信息资源海洋里,从学习方式和思想观念都无不受到新媒体的影响,当代的高校教育环境也因此和传统的高校教育环境有了本质的不同。高校辅导员是高校大学生学习生活管理工作的直接负责人,在新媒体时代下,高校辅导员的工作模式也发生了很大变化。传统的教育教学方式已经不能满足当代大学生的需要,辅导员工作必须进行一定的创新,才能走出当代教育管理的瓶颈。本文以新媒体时代的到来为背景,主要探讨了高校辅导员工作模式的创新问题。
With the development of science and technology,our country gradually entered a new era of media. New media give people the biggest impact is for people to communicate in the way change and the change of the way people access to information. Contemporary college students is one of the most easy to accept new things,they infiltrate in the era of new media of information resources of the sea,from the learning style and concept are all influenced by new media,contemporary college education environment and therefore and traditional education environment in colleges and universities have different nature. College counselors is responsible for the management of college students study life direct,under the new media age,the operation mode of the college counselors also changed a lot. The traditional education teaching mode has not meet the needs of contemporary college students,counselors work must be carried out innovation,can out of the bottleneck of the contemporary education management. In this paper,with the advent of the era of new media as the background,this paper mainly discusses the problem of university counselors working mode of innovation.
