摘要
目的探究在对新生儿黄疸患者进行蓝光照射治疗时应用综合护理的价值。方法选取我院收治的80例新生儿黄疸患者,80例患者均实施蓝光照射治疗,依据临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。在治疗的同时,我们对对照组实施常规护理,在这一基础上,我们对观察组实施综合护理干预。结果两组不良反应的发生率和生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对新生儿黄疸患者行蓝光照射治疗中给予综合护理干预具有疗效。
Objective To explore comprehensive nursing intervention in the application of blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Selected 80 cases of neonatal jaundice patients of our hospital,80 cases of patients for the blue light treatment. On the basis of clinical random table method were devided into observation group and control group. At the same time of treatment,we implemented routine nursing to control group, on the basis of this,we conducted a comprehensive nursing intervention in observation group. Results Two groups of the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life score for comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the line of blue light therapy in patients with neonatal jaundice to give comprehensive nursing intervention has value.
