摘要
目的分析人性化护理干预对慢性肾小球肾炎患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2013年7月~2015年6月收治的70例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组（人性化护理干预）和对照组（常规护理办法）各35例,比较两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分及生活质量评分。结果经护理后观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分以及生活质量评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论人性化护理干预对慢性肾小球肾炎患者提升心理及生活质量有着积极的影响。
Objective Analysis of humanized nursing intervention on the psychological state and life quality in patients with chronic glomerular nephritis. Methods From July 2013 to June 2015,admitted 110 cases of chronic nephritis patients as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group（humanized nursing intervention）and control group（routine nursing measures）with 35 cases in each. The SAS scoresthe SDS score and life quality score were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,observation group of patients with SAS score,SDS score and life quality score were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention has a positive impact on the improvement of psychological and life quality of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.
