摘要
目的探讨患者在接受胃部疾病手术后所产生的安全隐患以及相关对策。方法选取我院普外科因胃部疾病而采取手术治疗的70例患者的病例资料,分析患者在围术期护理阶段所产生的安全隐患的具体种类以及相应的对策。结果全部70例患者均安全度过手术期,无不良医疗事件发生,68例患者症状改善,2例患者无效果,有效率可达97.14%。结论对于胃部手术患者明确各类安全隐患,经过处理后,确保手术实施过程中更安全,促进患者预后,降低事故发生率。
Objective To investigate the safety of patients receiving surgery of stomach diseases and related countermeasures. Methods In general surgery department of our hospital treatment for stomach disease and take the clinical data of 70 patients. Analysis of the specific types of security risks and corresponding countermeasures in the perioperative nursing stage. Results All 70 patients were safe during operation period,no adverse medical events,68 cases of patients with symptoms,2 cases of patients with no obvious effect,efficiency up to 97.14%. Conclusion Stomach surgery patients clear all kinds of security risks,in the establishment of the corresponding treatment measures to ensure operation more safety,improve the prognosis and reduce the accident rate.
