摘要
基于目前我国现行的消防安全规范已经不能满足原油储罐大型化发展的状况,借鉴国内外标准中的先进经验和推荐做法,对目前我国大型原油储罐消防系统涉及的储罐布置、移动式消防设备、储罐隔堤、消防泵以及事故排水等问题,提出了对国内相关标准进行修改的建议。
Based on the current status that the actualfire safety standard in China cannot meet the developing requirement of large crude oil storage tank,according to the characteristics of large crude oil tank,such as strong heat radiation of fire,large combustion area,and tendency to boiling,in view of the problems involved in the present fire control system for large crude oil tank of the storage tank arrangement,mobile firefighting equipment,tank dike,fire pump and accident drainage,using the experience of other countries for reference,the recommendations are proposed such as using mobile type firefighting equipment,adjusting the layout of the storage tanks,giving priority to the adoption of diesel fire pump,setting up independent rain drainage and sewage discharge system.
