摘要
随着互联网的发展,网络购物作为一种新兴生活方式进入社区生活,同时也形成新的消费文化和模式,对消费者的传统购物观念带来强烈冲击。社区商业是与消费者关系最紧密的传统商业形式,故而网络购物对社区商业服务设施的规划设计带来一定挑战。本文对京津冀都市圈内的新兴发展区域燕郊地区的居民购物行为进行调查,试图对网络购物文化影响下的传统社区商业服务设施的使用模式进行探索,从城市规划与设计的层面探讨网购时代的郊区社区商业服务设施规划布局与配置。
With the development of the internet, online shopping as a new life style has entered into community life. Meanwhile, the new consumption culture and pattern has formed, which brought the strong impacts to the traditional shopping among consumers. Community business is most closely related to the traditional business forms, therefore the challenges were brought from online shopping to the planning and design of community commercial facility. This paper conducted an investigation to the residents' shopping behaviors in Yanjiao area in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Circle, with the intention to explore the usage pattern of traditional community commercial facilities under the culture of online shopping, so as to discuss the urban planning layout and configuration of suburban community commercial facility in the era of "Internet plus".
