摘要
采用无机Al2O3膜超滤澄清浓缩的红茶汁,取得了最佳的工艺参数,用超滤法生产出来的红茶汁,外观澄清,口味好,茶汁不易二次浑浊和变质,并且操作简单,生产成本低,设备易于维护。
Inorganic membrane having a pore size of 0.2μm have been used for clarification of black tea liquor,permeate flux was measured at different operation condition.Final stabilization test was carried out to analyze the long-term clarified juice behavior. The clear juice got from this way had better color and better quality compared with other clarification methods.
