摘要
将180羽三黄鸡公雏随机分成4组,分别为空白对照组(基础日粮)、抗生素组(在基础日粮中添加30 mg·kg-1杆菌肽锌和6 mg·kg-1硫酸抗敌素)、超微粉组(在基础日粮中添加1.0%穿心莲超微粉)和普通粉组(在基础日粮中添加1.0%穿心莲普通粉),每组3个重复,每个重复15羽.通过检测28和70 d三黄鸡的抗氧化指标、免疫器官指数、血清溶菌酶活性、白介素-2(IL-2)含量、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量和外周血淋巴细胞转化率,研究穿心莲超微粉对三黄鸡抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响.结果显示:28 d,与空白对照组相比,超微粉组和普通粉组三黄鸡的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性提高(P>0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量降低(P>0.05);70 d,两个试验组的SOD活性提高(P<0.01).28 d,与空白对照组相比,超微粉组的脾脏指数、胸腺指数和血清溶菌酶活性提高(P<0.05),法氏囊指数、IL-2含量、IFN-γ含量和外周血淋巴细胞转化率提高(P>0.05);70 d,超微粉组的脾脏指数、IL-2含量和血清溶菌酶活性提高(P<0.05),胸腺指数、法氏囊指数、IFN-γ含量和外周血淋巴细胞转化率提高(P>0.05).上述结果表明,穿心莲超微粉能够增强三黄鸡的抗氧化功能和免疫功能.
To investigate the effect of ultramicro-pulverised powder of Andrographis paniculata on antioxidant and immune function of Sanhuang broiler,180 one-day-old male Sanhuang broilers were randomized into four groups with 3 replicates per group and 15 broilers per replicate. Four treatments,which included an antibiotics group( basic diet supplemented with 30 mg·kg-1zinc bacitracin and 6 mg·kg-1of colistin sulfate),two 1. 0% A. paniculata powder groups( ultramicro and conventional pulverised) and a control group( basic diet only),were applied to four groups,respectively. At the 28 th and 70 th day,indexes on antioxidant and immune function,cytokines contents,lysozyme activity and peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate were tested. Results showed that both A. paniculata groups,ultramicro and conventional pulverised,presented rising trends on total antioxidation( T-AOC),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px)( P〈0. 05),and decreasing malondialdehyde( MDA) content( P〈0. 05). At the 70 th day,A. paniculata groups significantly elevated SOD level( P〈0. 01). At the 28 th day,the ultramicro powder group increased thymus index,spleen index and lysozyme activity( P〈0. 05) compared with the control group. Despite of some fluctuancy,bursa index,serum interleukin-2( IL-2) level,interferon-γ( IFN-γ) level and peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate were at the same level among all the treatments. Slightly different from the immune status at the 28 th day,spleen index,serum interleukin-2( IL-2) level and lysozyme activity increased at the 70 th day( P〈0. 05),and thymus index,bursa index,IFN-γlevel,peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate only showed escalating trend( P〉0. 05). To summarize,A. paniculata had better or equavalent efficacy on improving the antioxidant and immune function of Sanhuang broiler comparing with antibiotics.
