不同产地阳春砂仁药材的质量差异研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的通过对不同产地的阳春砂仁药材中樟脑、龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯的质量分数的比较,发现有效成分质量分数与生长环境之间的关系,探索影响阳春砂仁质量的生长因素,为阳春砂仁的规范化种植提供参考。方法采用气相色谱法测定不同样品中樟脑、龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯有效成分的质量分数,结合样品生长地区的气候类型、土壤、年降水量、年平均温度、年平均日照时间等数据进行分析。结果最适合阳春砂仁成分积累的生长环境为亚热带季风气候、红黄壤土、年降水量约2 385 mm、温度约22℃、年平均日照时间2 000 h,这一条件下,樟脑、龙脑、乙酸龙脑酯的平均质量分数分别为(4.89±0.12)、(1.55±0.01)、(18.57±0.00)mg/g。结论本研究采用气相色谱法测定阳春砂仁中樟脑、龙脑和乙酸龙脑酯的质量分数,结合其生长环境对二者关系进行初步研究,为阳春砂仁的质量控制及种植培养提供了参考。 Objective To explore the relationship between contents and growth environment through comparing the contents of camphor,borneol and bornyl acetate from different producing areas,thus providing a reference for the standardization of A. villosum Lour. Methods GC method was used to determine the contents of camphor,borneol and bornyl acetate. The growth data analysis of regional climate types of samples,soil,annual precipitation,mean yoitemperature and average sunshine time were analyzed.Results The most suitable growth conditions for compositions accumulation in A. villousm were as follows:the subtropical monsoon climate,red yellow loam,2 385 mm annual precipitation,temperature of about22 ℃ and annual average sunshine time of 2 000 h. The average contents of camphor,borneol,bornyl acetate were( 4.89± 0.12),( 1.55± 0.01) and( 18.57± 0.00) mg / g,respectively. Conclusion The relations between the contents of camphor,borneol and bornyl acetate of A. villosum with its growing environment for Amomum villosum Lour. could provide a scientific reference for quality control and culture.
