IPDI型水性聚氨酯的合成与性能研究

摘要 水性聚氨酯属于二元胶体体系,有良好的柔韧性与粘结性能,而且对环境无污染,在环境保护得到高度的重视。当今,水性聚氨酯的研究进展很快,我国水性聚氨酯的发展受限于昂贵的进口原料,但是随着原料的国产化,水性聚氨酯的应用逐渐完善。本文分析了国内水性聚氨酯现存的问题,讨论其合成路线与合成工艺,最后对其性质进行分析。 Waterborne polyurethane which has good fl exibility and adhesion properties belongs to two element colloidal system.It has no pollution to environment and highly valued in environmental protection. Nowadays, the progress of research for waterborne polyurethane is quickly.The development of waterborne polyurethane is limited to expensive imported raw materials, but with the advance of domestic raw materials, the application of waterborne polyurethane is gradually improved. In this paper, the existing problems of waterborne polyurethane were analyzed, the synthetic routes and synthesis processes were discussed, and the properties were analyzed.
