摘要
针对核电站项目的特殊性,按照RCC-M规范,以某稳压器先导管为例,比较Peps程序与SYSPIPE程序对某核安全一级管道的应力计算差别。计算结果表明,在O级工况下,SYSPIPE与Peps应力计算结果非常接近,最大应力比误差为1.9%;在A,D级工况下,SYSPIPE与Peps最大应力比计算结果误差分别为3.1%,3.2%,在管道设计与校核计算中需要重点关注;疲劳使用系数几乎为零,SYSPIPE与Peps计算结果相当。分析过程和计算结果为管道设计者和计算校核者提供一定的参考。
For the particularity of nuclear power plant, SYSPIPE and Peps program were used to calculate the piping stress according to the RCC - M. Stress and fatigue evaluation results show that : in the 0 condition,stress results of SYSPIPE and Peps are very similar, and the maximum error is 1.9% ;In the A, D condition, SYSPIPE and Peps application result errors are respectively 3. 1%, 3.2%, which needs pay great attention to;Fatigue coefficient is almost zero, and Peps results are similar to SYSPIPE. The analysis process and calculation results provide references for the piping designers and check person.
