摘要
目的探索适合于卫生计生监督领域的科学实用的培训管理模式。方法通过文献研究法查阅专业领域书籍和文献,汇总相关知识,通过观察法研究网络培训平台使用现状和存在问题,通过访谈法了解各级监督机构日常培训工作管理模式。结果工作中存在的问题,主要集中在培训资源及网络培训平台管理功能开发不够充分、缺乏各类资源的有效整合等方面。结论将互联网思维融入培训资源管理并提出解决策略。
Objective to explore a scientific and practical training management model suitable for health and family planning supervision. Methods through literature research consulting professional field of books and literature, the summary of the relevant knowledge, through the observation method of the network training platform use present situation and the ex- isting problems, through interviews about supervision agencies at all levels of daily training management modes. Results in the work, the main focus of training resources development is not enough, the network training platform management func- tion development is not enough, the lack of effective integration of all kinds of resources, etc.. Conclusion the Internet think- ing into the training resource management point of view put forward the solution.
