摘要
城市滨水区作为城市规划的策略性区域,目前在全球范围内正呈现出一个明显的"文化规划"趋势。以"西岸文化走廊"为研究案例,以上海徐汇滨江地区的文化规划实践为中心,展开介绍和论述,针对"西岸文化走廊"的规划及实施、政策及实效,对"西岸文化走廊"文化建筑的建设和文化事件的开展进行全面分析和评价,并试图发现可供城市滨水区发展启发和借鉴的模式。
As an important strategic region of the international metropolis, the waterfront area shows a trend of cultural planning in urban planning and management. Taking West Bund Cultural Corridor as a case, this article focuses on cultural planning practices in the waterfront area of Shanghai Xuhui district. Regarding the planning and its implementation, policy and its effectiveness of West Bund Cultural Corridor as the centre presentation and discussion, this article comprehensively analyses and comments the construction of cultural architecture and the implementation of cultural events, trying to find the inspiration and models for the development of urban waterfront area.
