摘要
传统民居是我国古建筑文化和遗产的重要组成部分,对待传统民居既要保护传统风貌,又要提高居住舒适度,才是传统民居可持续发展的可行之路。本文以重庆市安居古镇典型民居作为研究对象,通过实地调研,对典型民居平面功能及室内物理环境存在的问题,采取了调整功能布局和更新围护结构的综合集成改造措施。此外,本文用Design Builder软件模拟改造前后室内热环境,结果表明,改造后室内热环境得到显著改善,冬季典型日主要居住空间平均温度比改造前提高了1.18℃,夏季降低了1.47℃。
Traditional residencesis animportant part ofour historical building culture and heritage. The design oftraditional residencesis to protect the traditional style andimprove the living comfort, whichis the way for the traditional residential sustainable development. The paper takes Anju Town of Chongqing as an example, and solves the problem offunction andindoor physical environment by adjusting the function layout and updating structure oftheintegrated renovation measures. The paper utilizes Design Builder software to analyze theindoor thermal environment ofits before-after renovation, and the average temperature ofmain roomisincreased by 1.18℃in winter and decreased by 1.47℃in summer after renovation, which shows that theindoor ther malenviron ment has been significantlyimproved after renovation.
