摘要
实木家具天然环保,结实耐用,美观大方深受消费者的喜爱,但是由于木材具有干缩湿涨的特性,使得实木家具在使用过程中容易出现开裂变形的问题,特别是衣柜柜门等大规格柜门很容易出现翘曲变形的现象,严重影响衣柜的美观和正常使用。本文分析了实木柜门发生变形的原因,并从柜门的结构设计角度入手,针对板式门和框式门两种柜门的不同特点,分别总结了其可采用的防变形的措施,最后指出了柜门安装时应选择合理的安装方式和铰链数量。
Solid wood furniture is very popular among consumers for its natural environmental protection, durability and aesthetics. But solid wood furniture is very prone to cracking and deformation in use for the properties of shrinkage and swelling of wood. Large-sized doors such as wardrobe doors are especially prone to deformation. This paper analyzed the reasons for the deformation of solid wood doors, and summed up the available measures to prevent the deformation of panel-type doors and frame-type doors starting from the structural design, and finally point out that we should choose a reasonable method of mounting and number of hinge when mounting doors.
