摘要
针对高速铁路用钢轨的垂直方向端部平直度执行更高要求的内控标准后,双向补矫工序成为制约生产的瓶颈问题,对比分析了影响钢轨端部平直度的多种因素,通过采取措施保证UF机架出钢平直度,合理调整矫直压下量,使该问题得到了彻底解决。
Aimed at the production bottleneck of rail end straightening step after the higher standard of end straightness being exe- cuted, the influence factors were studied. Taking measures to ensure the rolled piece straight out of the UF stand, adjusting the straightening reduction, the bottleneck problem was resolved.
