摘要
目的:观察分析莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊与单药应用治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床效果。方法:选取本院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的90例FD患者,运用随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)及对照组(45例),对照组患者采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组患者采用莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,科学评估两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率95.56%,高于对照组71.11%,治疗后观察组患者症状积分均低于对照组,随访复发率6.67%,低于对照组28.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在FD治疗过程中,莫沙必利与舒肝解郁胶囊联合治疗,可明显缓解临床症状,减少复发风险,不良反应少,疗效安全显著。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of mosapride combined with Shuganjieyu capsule and single drug in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 90 patients with functional dyspepsia and were accepted in our hospital from June,2013 to June,2014 were taken as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into the control group（45cases）and the observation group（45cases） by the random number table method.In the control group,they were treated with the mosapride while in the observation group,they were treated with the mosapride combined with Shuganjieyu capsule.Then,the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients were evaluated scientifi cally.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56 %,which was higher than that in the control group of 71.11 %.After treatment,the symptom scores of the patients in observation group were lower than those in the control group.In addition,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.67 %,which was lower than that in the control group 28.89 %,and the difference had statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The treatment process of functional dyspepsia treated with the mosapride combined with Shuganjieyu capsule and single drug,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the risk of recurrence,the adverse reaction is less and safety and effective,thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
