摘要
在综合性医院内分泌科开展分层带教管理,是指针对进修医师入科时的基础专科素养进行隐性分层,并制定不同的培养目标和带教模式。该模式既能够促进专科素养较高、学有所长的进修医师在临床和科研素养方面的提高,又能够保证专科素养偏低的进修医师得到扎实的临床专科理论提高和实践能力锻炼。带教经验证明,该方案是一种比较理想的模式。
The stratified teaching pattern in endocrinology department of general hospital means setting up different targets and performing different and patterns to refresher physicians with different professional levels. This pattern can promote the clinical and scientific ability in the subgroup with higher professional level. Also,it can guarantee the learning of basal professional knowledge as well as the mastering of clinical experience in the subgroup with lower professional level. Our experience has confirmed its excellent effect in recent years.
