摘要
本文系统分析了我国耕地土壤镉污染现状,并明确了镉的不同赋存形态对农产品质量安全影响,提出耕地土壤镉污染应重点控制土壤中镉的生物有效性,针对不同程度土壤污染分别采取使用改良剂、选种抗镉污染农作物、实施种植结构调整或作物品种替换等措施;结合日本耕地土壤镉污染控制经验,并依据相关法律法规,提出针对稻米镉严重的地区要划定农产品禁止生产区的措施,切实阻断土壤中镉向农产品传输,保障农产品质量全。
This paper analyzed the status of cadmium pollution in soil of China systematically,and pinpointed the impact of cadmium occurrence states on agricultural products security. Moreover,it had been proposed that the plowland cadmium contamination control should focus on the effective reduction of Cd bioavailability in soil in this paper. According to the degree of soil pollution, different methods, such as using modifying agent, choosing Cd- resistant crops, plant structure adjustment,crop varieties replacement et al.,should be employed for soil restoration. What' s more,combined with Japan's experience soil cadmium pollution control in plowland with the relevant laws and regulations,the measure of designating forbidden tillage area had been proposed to cut off the cadmium transmission way from soil to agricultural products and ensure their quality.
