摘要
目的分析研究彩色多普勒超声在诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床应用价值.方法：选取2010年11月～2014年2月在我院接收的患有糖尿病的病人一共有70例（试验组）,另外,选取同-时期70例健康体检者（对照组）,将试验组与对照组的下肢血管彩色多普勒超声结果给予对比,同时对其临床诊断结果给予分析研究.结果：试验组70例病人当中,一共检查出来63例下肢血管病变,同时其血管内径明显减低,血流量也明显减少,其临床检出率为90%.结论：糖尿病下肢血管病变采取彩色多普勒超声检查,可以取得显著的诊断效果,为诊断和治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变提供重要依据.
Objective:To study the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular disease.Methods:Nov 2010~2014 in Feb of patients in our hospital received a total of 70 diabetic patients(experimental group).In addition,during the same period selected 70 healthy volunteers(control group),the test group lower extremity arteries in the control group given contrast color Doppler ultrasound findings,while giving analysis of the clinical diagnosis.Results:The experimental group patients were 70 cases,a total of 63 cases to check out lower extremity vascular disease,while its vessel diameter was significantly reduced,significantly reducing the amount of blood flow,clinical detection rate of 90%.Conclusion:Diabetes lower extremity vascular disease take color Doppler ultrasound,can achieve significant diagnostic results for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease provides an important basis.
