摘要
目的分析不同蓝光照射方式辅助黄疸茵陈颗粒治疗新生儿黄疸效果,为临床治疗提供参考.方法:选取我院在2012年6月~2014年11月收治新生儿黄疸患者112例为研究对象,依照治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各56例,在给予黄疸茵陈颗粒治疗基础上,治疗组患者给予蓝光间歇照射,对照组患者采取蓝光持续照射,观察血清胆红素水平变化以及不良反应情况.结果:治疗组患者总有效率(92.8%)与对照组(94.6%)差异不明显,P〉0.05,治疗组患者血清胆红素水平(183.29±11.24)与对照组差异不明显(182.93±11.12),P〉0.05,治疗组患者不良反应发生率(16.2%)明显低于对照组(44.7%),P〈0.05.结论:在新生儿黄疸治疗中,采用黄疸茵陈颗粒治疗配合蓝光照射具有很好治疗效果,两种蓝光照射方式都能够降低血清胆红素水平,但间歇蓝光照射不良反应少.
Objective:To analyze the influence of serum bilirubin of blu-ray intermittent light and blue light auxiliary auxiliary jaundice wormwood particles for neonatal jaundice.Methods:112 patients with neonatal jaundice in hospital from June 2012 to November 2014 were divided into control group(56 cases) and observation group(56 cases),two groups patients were respectively given the conventional treatment with enzyme inducers.probiotics,anti-infection medicine.control group was treated with Blu-ray continuous exposure,observation group was given treatment of intermittent biue light.Results:The total efficiency of the patients(92.8%) and the control group(94.6%) was not significantly different,P>0.05,Patients with serum bilirubin levels in the observation group(183.29±11.24) was no significant difference with the control group(182.93±11.12),P>0.05,observed incidence of adverse reactions in patients(16.2%) was significantly lower than the control group(44.7%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Intermittent blue light irradiation treatment can achieve the same therapeutic efficary as continuous blue light irradiation treatment.but has fewer anverse reactions and is worthy of clinical application.
