摘要 移动学习是时代发展的趋势,因此提高成人学习者的移动学习能力是建设学习型社会的应有之义。而自主学习理论对我国成人学习者的移动学习具有重要的启示意义。通过对自主学习理论简要的介绍,并在分析我国成人进行移动学习的过程中存在的问题的基础上,阐述自主学习理论对我国成人进行移动学习的启示:学习者要提高自主学习意识,指导学习行为;掌握一定的学习策略,助推学习效果;在寻求学习指导的帮助下,摆脱学习困境。 Mobile learning is the trend of the era,so cultivating the ability of adult learners' mobile learning is effective to constructing the Learning Society. Moreover,the Self-regulated Learning Theory is significant to the mobile learning of adult learners in China. By introducing the theory briefly,this paper draws its inspiration to the adult mobile learning on the basis of analyzing the main problems existing in the adult mobile learning process in our country,suggesting that learners should raise awareness of self-regulated learning to guide the learning behavior,master some learning strategies to improve learning effect and seek study guidance to get rid of the learning difficulties.
